It’s Canon day. It’s October 7th and Canon finally reveal their new product with a total of 38 brand new products. Everyone should know that Canon offer a wide range of products. What include in this product showcase were Compact Cameras, DSLR, Camcorders, Printers, Scanners and Binoculars. To be frank, I didn’t know that Canon have produce Binocular before.

I was there together with me were Kelli, Yat, Thomas, Mike & Joshua. After registration and got a goodies bag which have a thumb drive, neck strip and other miscellaneous things.

The Canon PIXMA MP988, MP638, MP628, MP545, MP486 and MP245 printers will be available at Canon’s Authorized Dealers at the recommended retail price of RM1588, RM938, RM988, RM698, RM448 and RM318 respectively.

The Canon PIXMA iP4680, iP3680 and iP1980 printers will be available in at Canon’s authorized dealers at the recommended retail price of RM508, RM338 and RM188 respectively

The Canon Laser Shot LBP3250, LBP5050 and LBP5050N will be available at Canon’s authorized dealers at the recommended retail price of RM1,1000, RM1,199 and RM1,650 respectively.

The Canon XEED SX80 will be available in at Canon’s authorized dealers at the recommended retail price of RM19,000.

The Canon HG20, HG21 and HF11 camcorders will be available at Canon’s Authorized Dealers at the recommended retail price of RM4,699.00, RM4,999.00 and RM4,999.00.

The Canon SELPHY ES3 and ES30 printers will be available at Canon’s authorized dealers at the recommended retail price of RM799.00, and RM649.00 respectively.

The Canon Binocular models, 8×25 IS, 10×30 IS, 10x42L IS WP, 18×50 IS AW, 15×50 IS AW and 12 x 36 IS II will be available at Canon’s authorized dealers at the recommended retail price of RM999.00, RM1499.00, RM4199.00, RM3649.00, RM3349.00 and RM2199.00 respectively.

Model with Canon Scanner

The CanoScan 5600F, LiDE 200 and LiDE 100 scanners will be available at Canon’s authorized dealers from at the recommended retail price of RM280, RM505 and RM700 respectively.

The EOS 50D, EF-S 18mm-55mm IS, EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS and EF-S 17mm-85mm IS will be available at authorized Canon Dealers at the recommended retail price of RM4,499.00 (Body Only), RM4,999.00 (EOS50D Kit 18mm-55mm IS), RM6,399.00 (EOS50D Kit 18mm-200mm IS) and RM5,899.00 (EOS50D Kit 17mm-85mm IS).

The EOS 5D Mark II and EF24mm f/1.4L II USM still under TBA and will be available at authorized Canon Dealers at the recommended retail price to be announced later.

The Canon IXUS 870 IS cameras will be available at authorized Canon dealers at the recommended retail price of RM1,299.00 (with Free Case)/ RM1,338.00 (with Free Case and 4GB SD Card). Pricing for IXUS 980 IS will be announced.

The Canon PowerShot SX110IS, A2000IS, A1000IS (with Batteries FOC 2xAA) and E1 cameras will be available at authorized Canon dealers at the recommended retail price of RM1,099.00 , RM799.00, RM699.00, and RM699.00 respectively.

Canon also having the high-end of the PowerShot series which is the new PowerShot G10, SX1 IS and SX10 IS and the pricing still under TBA.

By the way, it was a nice event. Just a little bit unhappy when they announced IXUS 870 IS because my sister just brought a IXUS 860 IS from last PC Fair. Grrr…
