Hennessy Artistry marks return in 2010 with newer and improved elements by setting the tone for the party at Opera is the Hennessy Mixing Zone which gets a facelift and will feature four new and improved zones – the Hennessy Mix Master, Hennessy Mixing Bar, the Hennessy Digital Light Art Effects, and a Hennessy Live Twitting Zone.

For those who have always wanted to be a DJ, the ‘Hennessy Mix Master’ would be the perfect platform to do so. Here, fans would be guided by a professional DJ which will be helping them uncover their hidden talents and creativity in music producing. Their tracks will then be uploaded onto the official Hennessy Artistry website (www.h-artistry.com.my) where organizers will then select the top 20 tunes and reward the winners with a bottle of Hennessy VSOP each. The producer of the top-ranked track will also be walking away with an iPod Touch. Winners will be notified within 3 weeks after the event.

Party-goers can also expect some fresh flavours when enjoying Hennessy VSOP at the Hennessy Mixing Bar. Apart from its signature Hennessy Apple and Hennessy Ginger cocktails, the upcoming Hennessy Artistry party will also feature two brand new long drinks: Hennessy Citrus and Hennessy Berry.

With the majority of Hennessy Artistry fans glued in to Twitter, the party at Opera will for the first time feature the ‘Hennessy Live Twitting Zone’. Here, Twitterers would be able to update their status which will then be broadcasted live throughout the whole event.

Looking to provide fans with continued fun and interactivity, the Hennessy Artistry party on March 19 will also see the introduction of the ‘Hennessy Digital Light Art Effects’. In this area, fans would be able to express their creativity and discover their artistic side as they create and design their own Hennessy VSOP desktop wallpapers using light technology and video projections.

On the music front, the first Hennessy Artistry instalment of 2010 will feature an outstanding line-up of musical talents from Malaysia and Japan.

Bunkface – What started as casual jamming sessions among four secondary school friends ended up in the formation a band, Bunkface. Three years on and they’re now widely known as a rising star in the local music scene.

DJ Sarasa – For sheer boundless energy on the decks, DJ Sarasa has no equal. Her natural talent for music allows her to cater to any crowd, place and genre. A climatic performance that will have any audience go wild, this turntable kitten will bring the house down with her blend of high-energy tunes and hyperactive showmanship.

DVJ G Mix – How do you make the sonic vibes penetrating the club even more surreal? By having hypnotic, head-turning visuals breaking through the beats! Currently one of the only few DVJ’s in Malaysia, this renowned ocular grandmaster plays videos throughout Malaysia’s club scene, rocking each and every night with world class entertainment regardless of venue or capacity.

Shawn Lee – It’s all in the vocals and Shawn Lee’s beat-boxing style will have you jaw-dropped in awe. Shawn won the Malaysian Beatbox Challenge in 2009 which was held by the Indie Youth Festival at One Utama, winning the title of the First Malaysian Beatbox Champion.

Not much different from the previous set up that I had worked with them. (FYI, I had worked 3 times with them.) I feels good when surrounded by books.

There only one reason why this post appeared.

It’s because of the conversation between me and the manager. She asked me one question. A question that I never think before.

Q. Majority of the books you brought were love novel, why?
A. eRrM… No matter how many novel I had read, I still don’t understand what is love.

Actually, there are more than that when I think deeper. Because those stories really interesting and not far away from the true life and some of them were based on a true story. Apart of talking about love there’s still lifestyle.

I have to thanks the person who makes me interest in reading. At first, I just interested on what she reads and came out I have a bag of her favorite books for me to read. All of them were Amy Cheung’s novel. Time to read again and write my feelings down as I promised.

What’s related to love will automatically gained my attention. I can’t tell why. Love is a word that no one will truly understand what it means.

Anyway, if I’m going to visit Singapore. My dream 1-day itinerary will start at:

01. Changi Airport

How could you not visit this award winning airport which won over 280 awards in a past 20-year?

TERMINAL 3. Yes, this interior architecture of Terminal 3 recently won the Honour Award from ASLA, bringing another coveted award to Changi Airport. The most outstanding feature is a unique “butterfly” roof architecture which allows soft natural light into the building while keeping the tropical heat out. Another key highlight of Terminal 3 is a five-storey high vertical garden called “The Green Wall” . Spanning 300 metres across the main building, it can be admired from the departure and arrival halls, and baggage carousels. The Green Wall is covered with climbing plants and is interspersed with four cascading waterfalls.

02. Raffles Place

There are many notable building are located in Raffles Place, including Statues of Sir Stamford Raffles, Art Centre Esplanade Theatre, the famous tourist icon, the Merlion and many more are located nearby.

03 – Chinatown – Niu Che Shui (Bullock Cart Water)

What’s in here? The culture and sights of the largest ethnic group in Singapore. Singapore Coins and Notes Museum, the latest boutique gallery space in town. (Souvenir?) A visit to Singapore Chinatown Heritage Brands (With at least 30 years of establishment in Chinatown). Did I mention the Chinatown Food Street? Yes, I’m gonna have my lunch there. Anyway, I’ll be back at here at night. To know why, please move on.

04 – City Hall

Afternoon Tea at Raffles Hotel’s Ah Teng’s Bakery which serves pastries, biscuits and cakes, as well as steaming hot dim sum. After that, The Civilian War Memorial is a must see in Singapore. This memorial was erected to remember the shared experiences and struggles of the major races of Singapore during World War II. Shopping at Suntec City Mall, the largest shopping centre in Singapore.

05 – Marina Bay

I’m gonna spend my evening at Marina City Park for a walk.

When night arrive, I’m going to the Singapore Flyer. Truly the best place for the Singapore night view.

06 – Chinatown Night Market

Why come back to Chinatown? Other than shopping of course is FOOD. (Dinner)

07 – The Night Is Still Young plus I’m Young

Visit the Raffles Hotel’s famous Long Bar to sample their legendary cocktail. After that, head to singapore river.

If the timeline wasn’t wrong now almost midnight already. You might wonder what I’m doing at the Singapore River. The nightlife just started at The Three Quays (Boat, Clarke & Robertson). These three quays have been transformed into entertainment hubs with pubs and restaurants of every persuasion lining the Singapore River. One lines I got from researched ‘beware diving into the river for a dip after one drink too many’. LOL

I still thinking is hotel necessary? When I think of it, just a place for me to bath and change clothes. I don’t think I will sleep at night also… Anyway, if yes I’m going stay at Raffles Hotel.

Since the place I mention can easily reach by MRT and well arranged. Now, all I have to do is adjust the timeline to make this happen.

Boys Like Girls – The Boston-area band which also includes John Keefe (drums), Bryan Donahue (bass) and Paul DiGiovanni (lead guitar) is paying that feeling forward by focusing on making lasting connections with its fans. Lenka – There once was a little girl. She was born in the bush. Her parents called her Lenka. Her first friends were trees. Her father played the trumpet, she sang with him when she was 6. She grew up a bit. They moved to the big city (Sydney). She went to school. She danced a bit. She acted a bit. She went to art college. She started to sing a bit more… She joined a band called Decoder Ring. They created an album called Somersault, which was the soundtrack to a feature film of same name. It won lots of awards.

Paul Freeman – Paul’s music bursts at the seams with intelligence, complexity melodic exhilaration and life-affirming exuberance. Freeman’s a “poetry fan” filled with “the utmost respect” for “anybody that’s a good writer… whether it be a songwriter or a poet or a screenwriter. It’s an underestimated art.”

在叔叔离开后，我终于能静下来看我的电子邮件和留言。过后，看下MSN有谁在线，有，一个失去联络了4年的朋友。（某天在吃完火祸后遇上她）整理好要借她的小说和漫画，还有在书展买来要送她的九把刀纪念限量L型文件夹。我提议去麦当劳喝咖啡，但她说早餐给了它。所以选了Mamak挡，凌晨1点，喝茶去。至于我们的聊天内容属于个人隐私，所以就不多说了。

嗯… 以下终于有点关于六弄咖啡館了。

2.30am。说了再见后，我去了Sri Damansara 的麦当劳，点了杯咖啡，不加糖的。读着读着，忽然有股想抽烟的冲动。于是我把车开到The Curve 的7-Eleven。嗯，你并没看错是The Curve。别问我为什么，就是有种感觉正在发酵，促使我开着开着，就到了那边。凌晨4点，路边尽是一堆喝得烂醉的人。踏出7-Eleven 后，点了根烟，望着对面。MP3 随身听则传来了 ‘梁静茹 – 会呼吸的痛’。

再回到Sri Damansara 的麦当劳已经凌晨4点半了。继续点了杯咖啡，然后把六弄咖啡館看完。再加了杯咖啡后，点了首 ‘梦飞船 – 不值得’。六弄？我人生的第一弄让我了解到什么是寂寞。

*以上的行为可能有点白痴，可是我并不在意。很多事情只为应景而生。

简介:

六弄的老闆是個年輕人，男的。大約三十歲吧。六弄是店名，所以就叫做六弄咖啡館。奇怪的是，店並不是開在某巷六弄裡，它的地址甚至只有某巷某號，沒有某弄。

在某個加完班的深夜，因為道路施工，她繞道平時不大可能經過的地方，逗弄一隻可愛的小貓時，被突然出現的老闆拐進還沒正式營業的店裡，喝了一杯咖啡。

黑咖啡使她無法成眠，於是，她又來到六弄咖啡館，聽老闆說起一段故事，一段，令人胸口發熱的故事……
